1. Overview
Bowl Bae India is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request refunds or cancellations for orders and subscriptions.
2. One-Time Order Cancellations
Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Cancellation requests made after meal preparation begins may not be eligible for refund, depending on preparation status.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 94100 71386 or email bowlbaeindia@gmail.com with your order ID.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You may see the refund in your account after this period.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription Commitment
Subscriptions are committed for the entire subscription period (e.g., 26 days for monthly plans). Cancellation requests are subject to the terms below.
Cancellation Requests
- Within 3 days of subscription start: 90% refund of remaining subscription amount
- After 3 days but before 7 days: 50% refund of remaining subscription amount
- After 7 days: No refund available. Remaining meals can be frozen for up to 30 days

Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 94100 71386) or email (bowlbaeindia@gmail.com) with your subscription ID to request cancellation.
4. Advance Payment Structure
Subscriptions require 50% advance payment to confirm. The remaining 50% is collected mid-subscription period.
Example (26-day subscription at ₹3,000):
- Day 1: ₹1,500 paid (advance payment)
- Day 13: ₹1,500 collected (remaining payment)
Cancellation Refund Calculation: Refunds are calculated based on remaining subscription duration after the cancellation date.
5. Quality and Damage Claims
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect meal:
- Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence
- We will replace the meal or issue a refund at your option
Claims made after 30 minutes cannot be honored due to food safety concerns.
6. Delivery Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the promised time window:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp
- We will track your delivery in real-time
- If confirmed as undelivered, a full refund will be issued
We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors or inaccessible delivery locations.
7. Payment Method Refunds
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are credited back to the card. Processing may take 5-7 business days.
UPI/Net Banking: Refunds are transferred back to the bank account. Processing may take 3-5 business days.
Wallets: Refunds are credited back to the wallet account immediately.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Delivery charges (standard policy)
- Meals that have been partially consumed
- Orders cancelled after meal preparation begins (unless quality issue)
- Promotional discounts or coupon codes
9. Special Circumstances
Medical/Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse health effect, immediately contact emergency services and us. We will investigate and may offer compensation or full refund.
Customization Errors: If a meal doesn't match your custom order specifications, contact us within 1 hour for immediate resolution (replacement or refund).
10. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within the specified timeframe
- Provide your order/subscription ID and detailed explanation
- Provide supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.) if applicable
- We will review and respond within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days
11. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund decision is unfair, you may escalate the matter by:

- Requesting a callback from our management team
- Filing a complaint through your payment platform
